About Brain Vitality

BrainVitality is led by clinicians with deep experience in brain health and whole-person care. We created this clinic because we saw how often caregivers put their own needs on hold until stress and cognitive strain became impossible to ignore, making it harder to keep showing up for the people who rely on them.

Rhonda is a Bioenergetics Doctor, Doctor of Natural Medicine, and a Licensed Counselor who brings deep care to the emotional side of health. She is passionate about mental health and supports caregivers with tools that strengthen resilience, regulate stress, and make self care feel achievable.

Shane supports caregivers with a grounded, whole person approach that makes self care feel realistic and sustainable. With a background in structural integration and holistic life coaching, he helps clients build simple routines that support energy, clarity, and resilience.
